Dominique is a Single Pilot Instrument Flight Rules (SPIFR) Part 135 Captain for California Shock Trauma Air Rescue (CALSTAR) in San Francisco, California. She’s highlighted on this article’s featured photo with the United States Navy Blue Angels.
When Dominique says she “flies like a girl,” she means it two ways: Dominique supports breast cancer awareness by wearing her Fly Like A Girl gear, and she flies an air medical trauma helicopter, literally.
