Wales - This week's medical helicopter photo of the week comes from Wales Air Ambulance Service and Santa.
With a little help from the Wales Air Ambulance Charity, Santa swapped his sleigh for the recognisable red and green helicopter for the sixth time, and flew into the Sully-based hospice to surprise the children, families and staff with an extra special visit.
