EMS Ambulance Service Honors Veterans

HAZARD, Ky. — An EMS agency recently rolled out a new ambulance design in honor of United States service men and women.

Perry County Ambulance said they have done previous ambulance designs to spread awareness for heart disease, autism, breast cancer and ovarian cancer.

The most recent design is meant to show their support for the community and all branches of the military.

“There are so many families in Eastern Kentucky that have sons and daughters that are fighting for our freedoms and this is just a small way of showing support for those people,” Jason Taylor, Perry County Ambulance director told WYMT.

Perry County EMS’ newest ambulance has a different message than the rest.
