Tiffany Martin went into labor just before 5 a.m., Tuesday, and a friend called 911 to try and get her help.
UNION COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18)– There was a special moment Friday for a 911 dispatcher after she helped delivery a baby over the phone.
First responders wouldn’t make it in time, and thanks to a new program, Katie Williamson was able to give step by step instructions to get Martin through the delivery.
On Friday, the dispatcher got the meet the baby she helped deliver.
There was a lot of excitement and thankfulness and the dispatch even gave little Jackson Martin a few new pieces of clothing.
